Sporting Injuries + Rehabilitation

Sporting injuries & rehabilitation

At Sole Wellness Podiatry, we assess and treat a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower leg injuries related to sport and physical activity. Our approach combines expert assessment, targeted treatment, and rehabilitation programs to help you recover safely and return to activity.

Common sporting injuries we treat

  • Sprains, strains, and tendon injuries

  • Plantar fasciitis + tears, and Achilles issues

  • Stress fractures and overuse injuries

  • Muscle tightness or imbalance affecting performance

  • Blisters + nail plate injuries

Rehabilitation may include exercise programs, manual therapy, taping, orthotics, and adjunct treatments like dry needling or tool-assisted massage, all tailored to your sport, activity level, and goals. Shockwave therapy may be used in a treatment plan as the injury transitions out of the acute phase.

Medical boots + support devices

Moon boots, air casts, medical shoes, braces, and other support devices are available through Sole Wellness Podiatry. Each device is provided following a thorough assessment to ensure the right fit, proper support, and suitability for your specific condition, helping to aid recovery and promote safe mobility.
